ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
A- General Rules for abstract submission:
- To submit your abstract you must sign up to the congresses.
- EMK 2025 / MSC 2025 fulfill the criteria for International Congresses, Academic Promotion and New Associate Professorship
- All abstracts will be blind reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
- In order to have an accepted abstract being programmed by the scientific committee, congress registration and payment of the registration fee for the presenting author are compulsory.
- Both oral and poster presentations will be accepted.
- The official language of the MSC 2025 congress is English.
- The official language of the EMK 2025 congress is Turkish.
- Abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission system at . Abstracts sent via email or regular mail will not be accepted.
- During abstract submission, the online abstract submission system will direct you to select the relevant topic from the Scientific Topics
- Abstracts submitted through the online system will be published without any corrections; therefore, authors must ensure that there are no spelling errors.
- An acceptance letter concerning the abstract evaluation result will be e-mailed to the author.
- The notification of acceptance of abstracts will be send after July 11, 2025.
- Regarding the publication of the abstract in the official congress abstract book, the registration fee must be paid by the presenting author.
- Papers not presented at the congresses will not be included in the abstract book.

B- Presenting author and Registration:
- The presenting author must complete full congress registration form following the acceptance of the abstract (s).
- Each registered congress participant, as presenting author, may upload a maximum of 2 abstracts in total for both of the congresses.
C- Rules for abstract writing:
- Only the first letter of the abstract title should be in capital letters (Abbreviations excluded.)
- Each registered congress participant, as presenting author, may upload a maximum of 2 abstracts in total for both of the congresses.
- The title of the abstract should not exceed 250 characters.
- The abstract main body, excluding the title, should not exceed 300 words.
- Authors names should be written with the first letter only in capital and the rest in small letters and without abbreviation.
- Author names should not include academic titles.
- Name and address of the institution, in which the author is affiliated , should be stated.
- The abstract should be structured under the following headings: Introduction, Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusions. References may be included.
- The aim and methods of the study should be briefly explained. Results should be summarized with sufficient statistical details. Conclusions should be stated within the framework of the results.
- The abstract should be written in Calibri 12-point font size single-spaced, with 1 line spacing between the paragraphs.
- A maximum of 2 figures (tables or images) may be included in the paper. The figures should be of high resolution.

D- Important Notes for Preparing a Poster Presentation:
- Poster size is 70 x 100 cm.
- Posters must be legible from a distance of one meter.
- A designated area will be available in the Congress Center for poster display.
- Printed forms.of posters (hard copy) must be ready to be displayed
