Cancellation Conditions
For cancellations made until April 30, 2025, the full registration fee will be refunded, for cancellations made between May 01 - June 13, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded after deducting bank charges, provided that the congress secretariat is notified in writing. After June 13, 2025, no refunds will be given for any cancellations. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
